For the people who want a Mew in Red or Blue but can't get it because Nintendo has been done with Red/Blue Nintendo events and Red/Blue mall tours for a long time, this is for you!
Requirements: 1 Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff with a speed stat of at least 25 that knows Sing; A big stock of Poke balls; 1 Abra. I also recommend watching the video for this glitch if you don't know who the trainer with the level 17 Slowpoke is. The link to the video is at the bottom of this post. After you defeat Brock, go to Route 3. In Route 3, find and capture a Jigglypuff. Remember, no matter how desperate you are, do not delete Sing. Just level up your Jigglypuff or use a Moonstone on it to evolve it into a Wigglytuff and level it up not as much but a little harder. I recommend evolving it with a Moonstone, because that adds another completed page to your Pokedex. Then play through Mt. Moon until you reach Cerulean City. This is the city that you catch Mew in! Upon reaching the beginning of Nugget Bridge, you will be challenged by your rival. He is not No.1 on Nugget Bridge. It just so happens that at the very second you're heading over Nugget Bridge, your rival has just completed what you're supposed to do (get to Bill's Seaside Cottage). I recommend training up in the Gym for this if you need to. Having at least 2 to 3 Pokemon at or over level 20 will most likely hand you the victory against your rival. But if you have a complicated battle system or strategy like me, you might just train your starter Pokemon until it evolves and then a little more might do it. But I also raised my Wigglytuff to level 16 and my Beedrill to level 17. After your rival, there's the whole 5 trainers of Nugget Bridge and a Team Rocket Grunt to battle. They mostly use Nidorans, Ekans, Pidgey, and Rattata. One guy has a Mankey, so a flying type Pokemon would have an advantage against it. After defeating the 5 trainers on Nugget Bridge, battle the Team Rocket Grunt. Don't try to lose to him to get more Nuggets. I've tried that, and I just lost a lot of money. Then, using Jigglypuff's or Wigglytuff's Sing, capture an Abra in the patch of grass to the left of Nugget Bridge. Make sure that you don't battle the trainer in the patch of grass where you catch Abra, or the trainer on the way to Bill's Seaside Cottage facing up with a level 17 Slowpoke. Then, use the Cerulean City Pokemon Center. After that, go up past Nugget Bridge to the left directly above to the left of the body of water. Save at this point, because after this step, your Start button will be disabled because the game will think that you're in battle mode. After saving, take one step downwards, then immediately press Start. Using Abra's Teleport, go back to the Cerulean City Pokemon Center. If you do the step correctly, it should look as if the trainer will battle you, but then you Teleport. Remember, as I said, your Start button will be disabled after that step. So then, go back up Nugget Bridge, then take a right, and battle the trainer with the Slowpoke. Don't walk straight up to him, because that will lock your game up. Go the highest you can just to make sure, and battle him. After battling him, your Start button will be enabled again. So Teleport back to the Pokemon Center, then walk straight up to Nugget Bridge. If you did everything correctly, the Start button will be activated by itself. Press B or press Exit, and you will be battling Mew!

New episodes come on Saturday morning at 7 o'clock AM. If I'm not right, please know that I posted this during the DP Galactic Battles season. The season for Pokemon Black and White will be called Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes.
Pokemon Red/Blue High Level Pokemon And Duplicating Items Glitches
Those of you who have one of the first Pokemon games might be having a hard time completing their Pokedex or need Pokemon so strong, they exceed the level limit of 100. Well, here's how.
To get Pokemon over level 100: Requirements- Thunderbadge; Soulbadge; HM FLY; HM SURF; Surfing Pokemon like Nidoking, Blastoise, Snorlax, etc.; Flying Pokemon like Pidgeot, Pidgeotto, etc.; Access to Cinnabar Island or Fuschia City. First, fly to Viridian City. Then, talk to the man who demonstrates to you how to catch Pokemon. When he asks you if you're in a hurry, say no. After he captures the Weedle, immediatley fly to Cinnabar Island. If you want to, fly to Fuschia City instead. If you flew to Cinnabar Island, Surf up and down the right(as in, opposite of left right, not opposite of wrong) side of the island where your character is half on land and half in water. The first time, you might find a Tentacool if you're really unlucky. Depending on your character's name you might find different Pokemon. My character's name is ASH, for instance, so I found mostly level 128 Golbats, but occasionally, I found some level 141 and 154 Snorlaxes, and very rarley in Cinnabar, some level 80 and 148 Missingno.s. Missingno. is a glitch Pokemon and has either a really quick female Nidoran's cry, the cry of a Dratini, or, if you look at its stats, the cry of a Rhydon. For me, when it was in my party, instead of looking like a fish, snake, or cow, it looked like a person who is also in some places, a trainer. And instead of moving its head or arms up and down, it turns into something that looks a little like a healing machine in a Pokemon Center. If you flew to Fuschia City instead, Surf south, then west until you get to the Seafoam Islands. Surf up and down the coast of Seafoam where your character is half on land and half in the water. Here, you have a higher chance of finding lots of Missingno. If you find a Missingno, try to make sure that the item in the 6th slot of your bag is not a key item. Some good things to put in the 6th slot would be a Masterball, Rare Candies, and Nuggets. Good thing happen to the item in the 6th slot of your bag if you find and run away from or defeat a Missingno. Pretty much what I just said is that if you put an item in the 6th slot of your bag then find and defeat or run away from a Missingno., your item will be duplicated so much, the number might look something like part of a Pidgey, then a number next to that. After using your item so many times, it may go down to 0 then 99 instead of 0 to picture 9.
